- Overseas recipients (for example cloud service providers), where we have ensured appropriate safeguards in accordance with Privacy Principle 12 of the Act. We will only disclose personal information where it is necessary and appropriate for the purpose for which it was collected.

We hold your personal information in electronic and/or physical form. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected from loss, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure, and misuse in accordance with Privacy Principle 5.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and/or as required by law, then securely dispose of it.

Under the Privacy Act you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of your personal information if it is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading
- Ask us to update or remove your details, or to stop sending you direct marketing communications
- Withdraw your consent (where processing is based on consent) though this may affect our ability to provide you with services
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner if you believe your privacy rights have been breached

We use cookies and analytics tools (for example Google Analytics), and may use remarketing tools such as Google Ads and Meta platforms to serve targeted ads. You can opt out or manage cookie preferences via our website’s cookie-banner and settings.
